- Each requirement of the standard is explained, specifying its objectives (“Why this requirement?”) and its content (“What is the exact nature of the requirements?”) and is illustrated with examples drawn from our feedback.

- Definitions and general principles (HLS structure).
Session 2
- Scope of the ISMS: Management system built according to the context and listening to the interested parties.

The Information Security Management System at the service of strategy:
- Leadership and commitment, roles, responsibilities and authorities within the organisation.
- Information security objectives and the plan to achieve them.
- Policy.
Session 4
- Taking risks and opportunities into account.
Session 5
- Operational activities: operational planning and control, assessment and treatment of information security risks.
Session 6
- Support activities (Resources, Skills & Awareness, Communication and Documented Information).
Session 7
- Performance evaluation and improvement of the ISMS (indicators, internal audits, analysis and evaluation, management review).
Session 8
- Dealing with non-conformities. Corrective action and continuous improvement.
Session 9
- Taking control of your certification project; getting buy-in.
