Reversed Process FMEA – #1180
Context
- You want to improve defect prevention in the production line.
- You want to enrich your existing Process FMEA.

Objectives
- Understand the general principle of Reverse Process FMEAs and their benefits for the company.
- Know how to prepare, organize and perform Reverse FMEAs in accordance with the requirements of the automotive manufacturers (GM, PSA, Renault).
- Conduct a Reverse Process FMEA on a manufacturing process and initiate an action plan to reduce risks.

Prerequisites
- To know the company’s products and manufacturing processes
- Control the FMEA method and regularly participate in FMEA process studies
Pedagogy
- This training-action quickly puts the participants in a situation for a better appropriation of the methodology of the Reverse Process FMEA. For each didactic contribution, a case study from the company is developed and put into practice in real time.
- Preparation prior to the training course is necessary in order to collect the company’s data required for the organisation of the workshops and for facilitation in the field.
Evaluation mode
- Validation by the trainer of the ability to apply the concepts and tools taught through situational exercises.

- Participant’s file containing the presentations delivered during the training and the exercise materials.
