Context
You are developing in-vehicle software and you want to rely on a reference model to guarantee the quality of software development and meet IATF requirements.
Automotive SPICE is a development model used in the automotive industry to evaluate the 16 main software and system development processes, as well as the associated support processes, and to determine the level of capability achieved by the company on a given project.
You wish to :
- Understand the basics of the Automotive A-SPICEĀ® v3.1 process evaluation model for the 20 main processes of the model (including the 16 VDA processes).
- Know the expectations allowing you to reach Capability levels 1, 2 and 3.
- Conform your software development processes to the A-SPICEĀ® v3.1 assessment model.

- Understand the A-SPICEĀ® v3.1 assessment model and identify the requirements applicable to the different processes for achieving capability levels 1, 2 and 3.
