Context

You wish to make your teams, temporary employees and/or contractors aware of their necessary contribution to the effectiveness of the EN 9100 quality management system.

Objectives

This programme meets the new requirements of EN 9100 :2016 in the clauses:

  • Leadership (clauses 5.1.1d and f).
  • Awareness (clause 7.3 – including the ASD specifics of this clause).

Recommanded for

Any public concerned by EN9100.

Course programme

Session 1

The internal rules of a quality system and the role of each individual within this system.

Session 2

The importance of applying internal rules and sounding the alarm if it is impossible to follow them.

Session 3

The importance of reporting malfunctions and helping improve practices.

Examination of training achievements and delivery of a GIFAS certificate of success
