STELLANTIS – MRS: NSA, PPQ, MPA, MPA2 requirements – #3552

Context
In 2023, STELLANTIS has upgraded its system for assessing the industrial performance of its suppliers through the MRS (formerly QIP) – Manufacturing Requirements for Suppliers. This STELLANTIS group standard is applicable to all group suppliers and includes 3 audit (NSA, PPQ, MPA (1&2)) which are/will be carried out during the different phases of collaboration with STELLANTIS, from panel entry phase to certification series life.
Objectives
- Know the content of the SRM process (phases and stages).
- Understand different phases of audit assessment (NSA, PPQ, MPA (1&2).
- Understand SRM requirements.
- Identify deviations from requirements through self-assessment.
- Create your action to implement the new requirements.
Recommanded for
- Quality / QHSE managers and engineers / Project leaders / Managers: Design, Industrialization, Production, Logistics, Maintenance.
Prerequisites
Good knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements or automotive standards.
Optional: NSA or PPQ or MPA1 or MPA2 self-assessment carried out in previous phases with STELLANTIS.
Pedagogy
This training is carried out by a TRIGO consultant/auditor qualified in the MRS referential by STELLANTIS. Our participative and collaborative approach to learning takes into account your company’s context to help you build your personal progress plan:
• Collaboration based on sharing: team activities introduce each training sequence.
• Participation through practical exercises: comparison of requirements theory through a review of the company’s operational system.
A pedagogical approach that takes your company’s context into account, so that you can build your personal improvement throughout the training.
Specific operating conditions for remote sessions
- Have a PC equipped with a microphone, webcam and, if possible, a headset for greater comfort. Note: To blur or hide the view from behind, background screens are available in Zoom or Teams.
- A good Internet connection, tested before the session.
- Locate in a quiet, isolated area; switch to “not available” status in Teams; close your email access and mute your phone to avoid distraction during the session.
- To avoid off-topic discussions during the session, participants from the same organisation should not be grouped together in the same room, but rather at their own desks. Virtual sub-groups will be set up specifically for the exercises, which will also allow for mixed groups to be created.
- The webcam and microphone must be open during remote qualification/certification exams. It may also be necessary for us to check that you are the only one in the room.
- We ask that you connect at least 5 minutes before the beginning of the session.

- Knowledge test (MCQ).
