In order to ensure the essential functions of vehicles, the cleanliness requirements of assembled systems and fluid circuits are becoming increasingly important. After the cleaning of individual parts, many factors can lead to the recontamination of assembled parts or assemblies with critical particles that affect operation.
You want to be qualified as an assistant assembly technical cleanliness planner to be able to identify and evaluate deviations from cleanliness quality in order to implement the relevant preventive and corrective actions appropriate to your situation.
- Identify and evaluate actions to prevent contamination based on the cleanliness specifications of parts or systems.
- Know how to identify non-productive or excessive cleanliness actions to avoid bad investments.
- Be able to implement preventive and corrective actions that are effective and appropriate to the situation.
