Prerequisites
- Knowledge of problem-solving methods (such as 8D) is a plus.
- For the deployment of QRQC within the company, the 3 levels of QRQC management, starting with the members of the management committee, need to be trained in the approach: dedicated training for each QRQC level (please contact us).
Pedagogy

The course tackles the various subjects using a varied teaching approach, combining videos, sub-group discussions and exercises.

At the end of each session, an assessment is made of the company’s level of maturity with regard to QRQC concepts.

Each tool is the subject of a presentation of the theoretical concepts supplemented by the presentation of an example.
