Context
- You want to add value to your audits of suppliers during development and production, and so improve their quality performance. Would you like to know how to :
- evaluate a potential supplier before the start of the contract.
- evaluate a product/process development supplier during the project phase.
- audit the quality performance of existing suppliers.
- qualify a new manufacturing process at your supplier.
- detect and eliminate the causes of a problem detected during production.
Objectives
- Acquire second-party auditor skills.
- Preparing, conducting and completing an audit of a supplier.
- Be able to detect sources of improvement in the supplier’s quality performance and risk management.
- Assess the way in which quality improvement tools are used by the supplier.
- Know how to rate a manufacturing process in order to compare and/or qualify it.
- Understand how to use existing questionnaires.
- Be able to create your own questionnaire specific to the supplier/process to be audited.

Prerequisites
- be an ISO 19011 auditor.
Pedagogy
- The pedagogy implemented is based on cases encountered during audits. Each concept is approached through a case study before being systematically transposed on real cases resulting from the experience of the consultant and the trainees.
- The training is then very participative.
- The Crosby’s turtle method is used to analyze the risks in the preparation phase of the audit followed by the CAPDo® approach to orient the audit towards the search for performance.
Evaluation mode
- Knowledge test (MCQ).
