Context
- You would like to know what customer requirements apply according to the CQI-11 self-assessment manual on the control of the special surface treatment process and the self-assessment rules.
- You want to draw up an action plan to comply with CQI-11.
Objectives
- Understand the specific requirements of American car manufacturer customers.
- Be familiar with the contents of the CQI-11 manual (self-assessment tables, product audit, etc.).
